I’ve been here several times and it’s always enjoyable. We had our first patio drink of the season and loved the casual vibes of Wortley Village. They make a great Caesar and the Garlic Bulb with Brie / Pesto and Lamb Skewers were both delicious appetizers. We will certainly return!
Great food for lunch today and lovely that they made the birthday celebration fun with Ouzo and smashing a plate for luck. Really made our day !
Sweet Onion Bistro is a delightful gem nestled in the heart of Byron. The restaurant boasts a charming atmosphere, impressive beer selection and a diverse menu. Our party of eight, including my son, experienced exceptional service from the cordial and charismatic staff. Their attentiveness and warmth significantly enhanced our dining experience. I ordered the BBQ Brisket sandwich, which was a standout dish. Everyone was equally pleased with their choices, from steaks to tacos and juicy burgers.
We had a group of 30, celebrating International Women's Day and chose Sweet Onion Bistro's Bryon location since we've been there before and, as always, they did a superb job. The food is always incredible and the prices are spot on. I recommend the Saganaki appetizer, you can't go wrong with flaming cheese!
We just had dinner at the sweet onion bistro byron. I was delicious. I had the salmon was amazing the sauce was delicious. Fresh cooked veggies rice cooked perfect. My husband had the prime rib delicious,the meat just fell of the bone. Service was top notch. Atmosphere was comfy and comfortable. We will be back for sure.
My family dined here on Canada Day, 2024 (just realized we hadn't left a review). We didn't understand how much of the city would be closed down for the celebration, and were lucky to get a table. In fact, the host found us a spot on the couch on the patio. We had a great meal, listened to a fun band, stayed late for an extra drink and dessert. If we're ever passing through London again, we'll be sure to visit.

It was our first time at the Sweet Onion. Thank you, Gabrielle for looking after us. The bathroom is down a flight of stairs, but they have such a beautiful mural all the way there. They could use more options for non alcoholic patrons. And the espresso coffee machine was out of order. However, if you consume alcohol, they have an abundance of choices. We had the French onion soup which was great. And also fresh cut fries and the brisket sandwich hit the spot. Grateful for a local restaurant in Byron.
